Can't find my order.
Where's my order?
I just paid for my product and I haven't received it yet, please help.
Worry not! Our Support team will be glad to help you with this. To best assist you, just open a support ticket here and include the following details:
For PayPal transactions:
- Name of the product purchased
- First and Last name
- PayPal Email Address
- Delivery Email Address (if different from the PayPal email address)
- PayPal transaction ID
- Order ID
NOTE: If you have not received a Transaction Receipt from Paypal, your purchase may be unsuccessful.
To check this, please go to your transaction history for proof of receipt and include it in the ticket.
For Crypto transactions:
- Email address
- Transaction ID
