I want my money back, what do I do?
Please submit a request to our Customer Support Team via Support Tickets on your EF Dashboard to determine the eligibility for refunds, it is highly recommended that you include your Order / Transaction ID so they can easily locate your order.
Refunds are only processed after we are in receipt of an unused item. This process can take up to 24 hours after the sale.
Due to the nature of the product (digital download), refunds cannot be given immediately, a time period of 24 hours is applied to ensure that the item has not been redeemed by the previous customer.
For transactions that were paid using PayPal credits, it should return to your account within the hour. As for credit/debit cards, they will clear on your account within 1-3 banking days.
Refunds can only be authorized up to 30 days after purchase.
