I bought an Office key, entered it at setup.office.com but it says Token not found. What should I do?
If you are activating Office Professional Plus 2016 or Office Professional Plus 2019, you may be getting this error because you entered the product key directly at setup.office.com.
To activate this product, please make sure you are downloading Office from the Microsoft official link sent along with your key in My Orders.
NOTE: If you didn't receive the Microsoft official link or maybe having trouble downloading or installing it, please feel free to open a new support ticket and include the details below so we can assist you better:
1. Order / Transaction ID
2. PayPal email address and/or Delivery email address (if different from PayPal email address)
3. Type manually the product key (code or pre-loaded account details)
4. Screenshot of the pop-up/error message '
