This general instruction is applicable to the products that are region-specific (Brazil, Turkey, Argentina, Russia, etc.) that require a VPN (Virtual Private Network) software to be redeemed but can be used worldwide once redeemed successfully. 



1. Download & install any Trial/Free VPN software on your phone/pc/mac. If you already have a VPN with the specified location on the product (Brazil, Turkey, Argentina, Russia, etc.), that will do.


2. Launch the VPN app and connect to a server. Again, please select the specified location on the product.


3. Once connected, visit the redeem.microsoft.com website and log in using the Xbox account where you want the product to be added.


4. Redeem the code.



Once activated, you can disable/uninstall the VPN and it will work just the same as a code bought from your home region. If you're using Free/Trial, make sure to cancel before the trial period ends.
