If you've tried to enter the code multiple times, it may be possible that it's redeemed on your account. When this happens, try restarting the Steam client and check if it's credited to your account. If it's not in any of your accounts, (instructions provided below).

- The number 0 (try entering the letter Q or D instead)

Check instances of the following pairs to ensure these characters are not being confused:
- The letter B and the number 8
- The letter G and the number 6

How do I enable the Family Library Sharing on my computer?
