• To redeem a bonus content that comes with Call of Duty, simply follow the steps below the links according to your platform:

  •  To redeem a downloadable content (DLC), please follow the instructions below:


  1. Go to callofduty.com/redeem 


2. Sign in to your Call of Duty Account. If you don't have an account, create a free one. 

3. Tick the check on the I'm not a robot

4. Click the SIGN IN button


NOTE: If your base game is in PlayStation, XBOX, Battle.net, or Steam, please login to your account by clicking on the Platform icon.



                            5. Once logged in, enter your 12-digit code, then click Submit.


                           6. Select a platform and a location, then click Submit.



                           7. The content you've unlocked will be displayed on the screen along with the message "Your item/s                                     will be available in game once you restart."


                          8. Load your Call of Duty base game on your platform/console to check if the content/s have been added                             successfully.

  1. If you didn't get your digital content item after redeeming a code, please try restarting your console and looking again.
